The real estate investment division of Pabst, Kinney & Associates has formed 66 limited and general partnerships. Partners have invested over $14 million dollars in these partnerships. The property management currently services over 300 apartment buildings, 130 homes and condos and 20 retail centers. Over 3,000 units are currently under management. The company opened an office in Whittier to capitalize on the apartment investment opportunities in that Southern California location.
